I was asked to arrange an appointment.i have been calling for nearly 2 weeks at different times. It is either engaged or just rings out. I have had to physically go to the surgery to arrange this. There was a queue and everyone was complaining about exactly what I was experiencing. My appointment is made for the end of May Today is 17th April. You can no longer send a message to the surgery, you can no longer make an appointment to see a doctor via airmid. If you are ill, and not able to get to the surgery then your only option is to call 111. Or 999.

Address all the above issues.

Dr sandica is a great doctor caring she takes time to your listens to your worries there’s not many doctors like that nowadays.its hard to get a appointment having to wait 2 or three weeks and if you ring up some days you can’t even speak to a doctor

Why are they setting on new patients when you cannot get an appointment for existing patient for 4 to 6 weeks, this does not make sense.

Cant make appointments so have to be late to work everyday just to get in touch. I will be moving to somewhere with a better booking system asap.

Find it hard to get an appointment with a name doctor, I,m a new patient in February / March and my medical history as not been up dated on my last visit on 7/12/16. At my last doctors I had the same doctor who knew all my medical history, which saves me having to explain my medical history,
